After we evicted a racoon family, a repair was needed on the roof where the one-way door had been installed. After arriving to examine the roof, Trevor noted that flashing was missing around the chimney. Both repairs were done expertly, as well as some siding repair. We appreciated the Trevor was knowledgeable about the types of repairs required and kept our costs to a minimum.
