Do not give this company your card credit card information! They keep it on file and charge you without your authorization. We had a part replaced on our condo heat pump. The part failed after 10 months and they agreed to replace it under warranty. Once the work was done they charged a service charge to replace the part and charged my credit card without my authorization which was 163.85. At no time did they advise me of the service charge
