I couldn't be present for the home inspection but got a phone call immediately after it was done. The report was well detailed and very thorough. Any areas of concern are clearly noted by colour coding making the report easy to read. Highly recommend.
They managed to fit me in during a fully booked day. I originally asked them to look at my smoke detectors which were chirping due to end of life. They changed out all the alarms (and carry them in the van so there wasn't multiple visits). They also looked at a bunch of other smaller electrical issues that I hadn't got around to getting fixed. Very happy with the responsiveness and the service. Will definitely be calling on them again.
