A1 Truss is not either reliable or responsible!
Long delays in delivery of trusses I was unable to find a responsible person in this company, Talked to sales, engineer, manager, secretary, shipping, etc. they Couldn’t give us a truth about readiness of my order and or delivery time, It was So frustrating. We as builders can not rely on these suppliers, we can not maintain our schedules based on unnecessary false statements, we can not accept unnecessary stress and pressure. This company has to review its business from top to bottom, Its a true mess
