Justin provided excellent service. The window blinds in my house were old and starting to fall apart. I called this company and he was punctual, spent a lot of time listening and evaluating the situation and was very honest, respectful and gracious. In the end, he told me most of the damage would be covered by the manufacturers warranty and that he could take care of this at no charge. He came back a second time and took down the blinds carefully and a few days later was back, with them fully repaired and reinstalled them for me. Free of charge (other than the charge for the visit). I thought this repair would cost a lot of money but he didnt take advantage of that. Im thrilled with the service he provided and would 100% recommend Justin and the company for any window covering needs and repairs!
