My husband and I are first time buyers and didnt know much about home inspection, but when Brent came and went through the house it took 3hrs. when he thought something was a "?" he would call us and go through it, when all was done, Brent sat with us and went through everything he did and what we needed to know. He was for what we would call the BEST in everything. gave us a book to go take home with everything in it. emailed us pictures of the whole house inside-out. I would really recommend him to my family and friends. thanks Brent for making us aware of what we didnt know about homes.

Do you know how many times I hear people say " Well, we had a bad experience with our home inspector " I can't really criticize the inspector because I wasn't there to see it first hand what may of happened. However, this I do know, I wouldn't leave the property until the party who hired me is completely satisfied with inspection. The last thing I would want is people saying that they had a "bad experience" with my inspection. I figure, you hired me, I report to you, I would assume that you want a complete and thorough inspection done.
