I had an issue with our HVAC unit where a brutal smell would come from it. When I called, I spoke with Denny and he helped tremendously. He walked me through the resetting of the unit and we haven't had a smell come from it since. What I most liked about him was his willingness to walk through it over the phone upon first call, explain what was needed, and he followed up soon after quality check the troubleshoot.
