Krys and his team is professional and easy to work with. Im an engineer and fairly knowledgeable about basement construction and Krys did a great job. His positive attitude was a refreshing change from the first contractor we fired. When I wanted to add or change something he made the changes with innovative ideas. We ended up expanding the job and adding renos in other rooms and he didnt take advantage and still gave us good prices on the extra work. I wanted a building permit and inspections for peace of mind and Krys took care of the design and submittal. I got several quotes and his price was very reasonable and unlike others, he included everything we wanted up front. Im a bit particular about the way things are done and Im very happy with the finished job and the whole experience! Krys is great to work with.

Im super satisfied with my new deck and Im hard to please. Whenever there was something to discuss Michael was very attentive and took care of it. We have an elevated deck so we needed a building permit. No problem, Michael too care of it. The deck was finished on time and the materials and workmanship were excellent. I even noticed that the supporting lumber was free of any cracks and very straight. He used premium grade lumber, not the stuff you see sitting at the big box stores. Very happy with our new deck. I dont give everyone a good review. Im an engineer and a bit OCD and this was one occasion where we got more than we expected. Im going to say the pictures posted here dont do it justice. Once we got our new windows, furniture, umbrella and BBQ set up the deck looks fantastic.
