We thought we hired an honest, hard working family business..we were sadly taken advantage of. Poor workmanship & materials and no ethics! Including the Italian man he hired to do our bathroom ceramics.. which fell into our new bath tub, cracked it open and they did not tell us. RUN dont walk away from this company.
We are extremely disappointed with the quality of work & ethical conduct of this business. When a ceramic tile fell from an ill grouted wall into a newly purchased bathtub they replaced the tile & walked away.....leaving us to call & out source another company we could trust. Unfortunately crumbling construction continues to be identified after the fact such as: -the wall paint they recommended was discontinued 3 months later described by the paint store as the cheapest, flattest, hardest to clean problematic paint. -custom made closets have collapsed -poor installation of kitchen cupboards & appliances -electrical issues -unfinished floors & baseboards -holes & cracks surrounding pot lights, electrical outlets & heating grates -stripped door handles & locks -crooked unbalanced stairs, appliances, shelves & so much more We hope this review will help home owners to make a well informed decision & not experience such disappointment.
