I could write a novel on how happy I am with the "Dream Deck" that Adam, Eden, and the Royal Innovation team completed for our family. From the very first visit with Eden, he took the time to offer suggestions, show samples, and provide expert advice that I never received from other companies that came to quote on our project. They took care of everything from creating the blue prints, submitting and attaining my permit, arranging the inspector, and assigning me a "best in the business" team to complete the work. Adam was present throughout the project, and even made a few changes once the project started that we never considered. These slight changes gave us a "WOW" factor that has everyone in our neighbourhood commenting continuously on how amazing our deck is. The team completed the project on time, and on budget, and the attention to detail was incredible. Adam continued to assist us even when the project was finished, as there were a few questions we needed to ask, and no matter what time of day you reach out to him, he returns your calls always!
