Yuri went above and beyond with his service. Yuri used to be our Neighbor so he knows these homes in our subdivision. He made me aware that the builder didn’t remove certain bolts from our furnace that could possibly cause us issues in the future. He took the time to remove them. Thanks Yuri!!!
