It's a week before Christmas and our hot tub starting leaking. We were scheduled to travel in 3 days and needed to find a supplier to fix the problem quickly as leaving a hut tub for 3 weeks in Ottawa winter would have broken all the pipes. He closed the hot tub and agreed to give us a priority appointment in the spring to fix the problem. His flexibility saved us thousands of dollars. He quickly diagnosed the problem and made affordable suggestions to replace parts and did not try upsell us on new equipment. The team was prompt and professional.
