I called Surlang Roofing, after the Strata was given an estimate of $5000 Within 2 hours Bryon sent Scotty over to inspect and offer an estimate .... During his close inspection he spotted the cause ! A faulty eaves trough to the atrium. The professional dryer for the interior and up the ladder to fix the roof . Quick & professional !! We were totally please with the speed & service. And a much more reasonable price. One day, done & done! We would highly recommend them. We intend to have them give us ha quote for a much bigger two roof job after the pandemic has passed so our Strata can get their ducks in a row . Thank you Bryon at SurLang and your staff!!
