THEY SAVED US FROM FREEZING! My furnace suddenly stopped working during December when it was -15 C at night. I called several places and none of them were able to come out the same night. I spoke with Stephen and without hesitation he said he could come and help me with my situation. I sent him pictures and info for my unit. Stephen and another employee (sorry I forgot his name) arrived within an hour. He took his time to look at it and see if it could simply be repaired but it was completely rusted out. He replaced the unit the same night with minimal noise and time. he cleaned everything. it looked like no one ever came. I'm very thankful even today.
