After installing an air conditioning unity in my home I ended up with a huge pipe in my living room that had to be covered. Since I live in a century old house, I took this opportunity to fix insulation issues. That type of situation created the fear of having an eye sore in my space and the possibility of dealing with the headaches associated to construction when you are living on site. All my fears where unfounded. First contact was easy and withing 24h hours Alec had set up a first appointment, visited my place, given me a quote, explained exactly how he would do the work in the least intrusive way possible, answered my questions and a clear time table to finish. After talking to 3 more people I decided to contract him. It took him 2 days to: get rid of the old plaster, insulate the room, install new drywall, finish it (tapping and primmer) and paint it - I asked to have the job done as quickly as possible without compromising on quality and they did it All of that while not disturbing myself or my neighbors with excessive/unnecessary noise and keeping my house as clean as it could be. All the terms and expectations where followed as agreed, the job was done in a timely manner and dealing with him and his crew was a pleasure. The unexpected bonus: one week later he called me asking if I was happy with the job. I was, am and when time comes to deal with the other rooms in my house AGS is at the top of list.
