Our master bathroom and the secondary bathroom between two bedrooms were looking well worn and outdated after thirty years. My husband and I had spent a significant amount of time thinking about the changes we wished to make and researching the products before we looked for a contractor to make it happen. We received estimates from three companies and found that Mainland Ventures was very competitive. The company already had excellent ratings on the Homestars website which helped us in our decision to choose Mainland Ventures. Once the commitment was made and product selected, the project was underway within three weeks and completed in a timely fashion. Paul provided a schedule of work so we knew what to expect each day. Darcy and Manny were there every day. They were quiet, efficient, neat and tidy. We are both extremely pleased with the finished result and would not hesitate to call on Paul and his crew again should we need additional renovations done.

It was time to change our peach colored Tudor-style house to something more traditional. Warren came and provided information, an estimate and addresses of projects that the company had done or were in progress. We visited the projects, beautiful! Heidi discussed color selection and it is very helpful to have another knowledgeable person give suggestions. When it came time to actually have the work done, it was done in an efficient, careful manner with attention to detail. We are very happy with the results and plan to have our interior painting done by Warline.

Our home needed to be repainted and to have new gutters. From our first meeting with Trisha to discuss the options for the gutters to the actual installation by the efficient crew, the whole experience was highly positive. Trisha co-ordinated the removal of our old gutters to occur just prior to the painting and once the painting was done, the new gutters were installed a few days later. We were very impressed with the quality of work and working with Trisha was a pleasure. We would not hesitate to use their services again if required.
