Saw Ruben’s tree work at a neighbours place where he did such a great job with their pruning. Hired him to come prune for me and subsequently needed him to apply to the city for a tree removal. He dealt with everything from writing report to the city, to processing the permit, to cutting and removing the tree. I wish everyone could be this efficient! I would not hesitate to recommend him for his work and expertise.
