I recently called Bazik's HVAC for a service on my furnace that didn't seem to be working very well. Kyle came to my house as soon as he could and after diagnosing a problem with the motor (which he explained in a way I could understand). Kyle then explained that the parts may be under warranty, which they were. I didn't even know about the extended warranty on the parts! He ordered the parts for me and then installed them for a reaonable price. I found Kyle to be sincere and very helpful in getting my furnace running like new again. I wouldn't hesitate recommending Bazik's HVAC to anyone who asks.
