I am thoroughly impressed with Alex and his business practices. He responded immediately after I contacted him this morning regarding a loose part on the bottom of my dishwasher tub, and he arrived at my house to repair the part by 2:15 this afternoon. There was no charge for this “follow up” visit, since he had replaced a different part on the dishwasher a few weeks ago. Thank you for your excellent service, Alex!
