Brutal Customer Care in Waterloo

Couch arrived with slanted left arm. Agreed to repair so down the elevator and off for repair. It was returned better but clearly could see a slant. I asked Bobby to check it before delivery because I didnt want the couch to go up and down the elevator again. It wasn't checked. Tried to convince me it was normal and that showroom couches have bent arms. Ridiculous. Wouldn't agree to new couch.
