I contacted supreme lighting about a a glass dome that was broken on my kitchen pendant. The light came with the house we bought and was not purchased through them. However James was extremely helpful in finding the exact piece and code I needed for the part and ordering it for me. He was extremely quick to reply and deal with the matter.
