This particular unit owner was in distress over the damages sustained by a leak that could not be identified by previous contractors that inspected the unit. Comfortec came and identified the leak, opened the walls directly impacted by the leak, to ensure that no mold was present before extensive repairs were completed. A water test was performed concluding repairs were successful. The contractors are very professional, honest and efficient. They are definitely highly recommended. I will definitely be using Comfortec again!!!!
