Nick was referred to me ,.he responded very quickly. I received a letter from the city of Toronto stating that I was losing water every day.. he came over in the morning and access the issue very fast. I had to replace one toilet and the other he could fix. By 5pm all the work was done. Nick was very polite and likeable person.. plus being very knowledgeable ..I would highly recommend him.
