We needed to upgrade the complete alarm. It was quite old and no longer met our needs. I got quotes from a few companies and quickly realized that Paul was very knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable with his proposal. The installation went in without a hitch and was professionally installed to my likings. I am very happy I went with Pre-lock and understand why so many people recommend their services.
