We are delighted with our custom walk-in closets by Lancaster. When I realized we had a colour match problem between the cabinet doors and the trim, I was anxious. What could have been a difficult experience wasn’t one because the owner, Debbie, was on the case immediately. Her comment at the time was, “The true measure of a company isn’t always what they do right, it’s when there is a problem and how the company deals with the issue at hand.” Debbie was true to her credo. Our problem was not as easy to resolve as we had all expected; it took about three months. However, in the interim, our only inconvenience were doors in the wrong colour. From the beginning to the end, Lancaster provides excellent service. Our consultation with designer, Irena, was superb. The sign-off on drawings was precise, and formal. (It’s that precision which led to a happy resolution of the colour match problem.) And finally, the installation by Tom and Peter was expert and attentive. Thank you all!
