I had an issue with a leak in my downspout pipe. Kevin contacted me and within 2 hours he attended my residence and gave me a reasonable quote. He was able to have someone attend that day and fixed the issue. The installer not only fixed the issue but redesigned the pipe so it dealt with a couple of other issues. Bothe Kevin and his installer were professional, personable and prompt. I would definitely use Cardinal again.
