After watching a segment on the television show Marketplace about unscrupulous locksmiths I was very concerned about finding a trustworthy company. I made sure to do my research as best as possible and decided to give Locksmith Care a try. I was out of town at the time and a tenant had gotten locked out of his apartment due to the lock breaking. Dimitar responded quickly to my voicemail and not only came the same day but was able to come sooner than expected which was very much appreciated by myself and the tenant who was locked out of his apartment on a cold April morning. He did his job efficiently and charged what he quoted with no extra surprises. I would recommend Locksmith Care to anyone who needed their services.

Thank you very much Lisa for that wonderful review

This may be about the third time in my life that I have gone online to write a review. One of the reasons is that I have so rarely come across a business that not only does what they are hired to do but does it exceptionally well and then some. I first hired Frank and his team about five years ago to some rewiring, installing extra outlets and wired smoke detectors. I was very satisfied with the quality of their work, their knowledge of the industry rules and regulations of what needed to be done and what didn't, their professional ism, ease to work with and customer service. I could go on. Basically, you name it and I was happy with it. The second time I hired Frank and his team was a few months ago. I own a rental property and two days before I was set to go out of town for a couple weeks, I got a call from one of the tenants saying there had been an electrical fire. I spoke to Frank, as I boarded the plane, who said not to worry he would take care of everything and communicate directly with the tenants in the 3 units while I was away to arrange whatever needed to be done. He kept me posted on what he found and his suggestions on the best and most cost efficient options for the repairs. Knowing that Frank was on the job was such a huge weight off my mind while I was out of town. An example of the over and above, while doing the repairs they had to access a small electrical panel in the basement apartment. It was not labeled so after they were done the repairs they went through the switches and figured out what they were for and labeled them all. Now tell me, how many other companies do you think would have done that!? The third time, if you can call it a third time, was a few weeks ago. At the same property the tenants mentioned that the lights had been flickering ever so often and as the weeks went on it was happening more frequently. It seems like it may have started around the same time as the electrical fire so I thought I would need Frank and his team to come back. I called Frank and instead of taking the opportunity to come over to take a look and charge me for a visit he said that since they had just been there recently (and I'm adding in because they did their due diligence when they were there) he's pretty sure the problem had to do with the electrical meter which would fall under Toronto Hydro. He told me what I should say to them when I called so that they would know what the problem was that they needed to look at. He was indeed correct. It had nothing to do with the previous electrical issue and was just a coincidence that it seemed to have started around the same time. And there was no cost for the repair as the electrical meter belongs to Toronto Hydro. Another thing I don't do lightly is offer recommendations and I would recommend DeVille Electric Inc. in a heartbeat and will continue to use them for any future work. I wish every company I dealt with was as great as DeVille. They are worth every penny!

All I can say is Thank you Lisa.
Your review has left me speechless.
We have been trying for years to build relationships with clients not customers. To us, the difference is a customer, shops for best price only and do not want to be educated.
A client, is a person that wants to learn about the project so they can make an informed and educated decision about their project.
I am happy that you are our client and look forward in being of service to you and your family in future.
Sincerely
