Bought a house in hello Georgetown. They close the house even before the house is ready. Powder room wash room did not have a door for over a month after we moved in. One of the bathrooms did not have a counter top. Site supervisor is not responsible and does not care. Post sale service is simply hopeless. It has been 2 winters in this house. Fireplace did not work since day one. It was on the PDI, 30 day Tarion report and one year report. It is yet to be fixed.
