Absolute worst experience in my life. I've been trapped on airplanes, thrown in jail in Malawi, involved in a large traffic accident and dealing with Sean and Nick at Diversified Glazing easily wins the "worst experience in my life" award. They over promise and under deliver - It was difficult to place the order, window package showed up 12 weeks late (yes - you read that correctly - 3 month delay for a house that took 18 months to build), Window sizes were all incorrect, temporary labour used to install a $180k window package (yes, you read that correctly - they hired people from "Labour Ready" and showed them how to install windows that day), 2 years later I still have windows that don't open or close properly and Diversified Glazing disappeared about 12 months ago. Hire them at your own risk.

We have searched our records and we cannot find any window and door order that matches this timeline. We believe this to be a disgruntled former employee trying to harm our business. We have not "disappeared" and have been in business the entire team and easily reachable.
