I had Reliance come in to do some maintenance and gave me a violation notice and I was told that I needed a new furnace. My furnace venting was cracked in the heat exchanger, I could have had it fixed inquiring which Reliance told me it was not possible but I decided to purchase a new furnace as mine was very old. I am very happy with how Max explained all details when installing the new furnace and answered all my questions. Max is very personable and knowledgeable and a real professional. I highly recommend Max. Max was cost effective and the quality of the end installation was impeccable.
