Deck and substructure needed replacement. Pulsar poured new concrete foundations, built new framework and installed new composite deck surface. Work was done on time, in a completely professional manner. All work was of a very high standard. We are delighted with our new deck and would recommend Alex to anyone looking for a contractor.
