Our project consisted of replacing a second floor deck off of our kitchen with a much larger deck with a custom vaulted ceiling which was to be tied into the existing roofline. We went contractor shopping and after reviewing and interviewing we choose Jared to carryout our project. What sold us on Jared was his enthusiasm for our project and his past references, most of them had rehired him more then once. Jared brought some design ideas to the table as well as helping organize us with getting permits and engineer drawings as this was our first major project. Our project consisted and required footings, replacing/adding structure not limited to the addition of a new section of roof and a large amount of finishing work all of which was carried out professionally. Jared was always reachable by phone and always provided updates as the project progressed. In short we would hire Jared again, in fact we did!
