A little on the pricey side but for Service none could compare. Durring the purchase of our home we called them up and they came the next day. The day after we recieved a 30 page booklet outlining all of the home's attributes and its defficiencies. Color photo's thermo scans, and everything else that you could want to make an informed decision.
