As a single mom and grandmother I called " 4 Sight Inspections" initially from their sight on line. I found this sight and it was so informative even before calling I felt My home was in the best of hands. Michael answered the very first time I called. I expected to have to leave a voice mail but a real-life human not only answered but gave me multiply times available. My inspection was able to be done the following morning. On the phone, Michael was gracious and kind giving me exactly what to expect with the home inspection and total costs involved. He gave me a heads up as to what I could do to be prepared so he was able to access areas, eg attic access, interior walls. plumping drains and electrical. This too was clear online to have access. From the moment I greeted Michael at the door, he gave me the assurance that made me feel like a family client - even though I have never met him before. Instantly I felt secure and he was completely going to give me all the guidance and knowledge I would need to understand exactly what was immediately needed for safety and health, and to learn how and what to maintain my home properly. All areas small and large were documented with clear pictures showing any problems. He even gave me a scope of what some of the jobs would cost for repair. This alone gives me an understanding, as I thought that some of these issues were too big or expensive to address. Now I have a list of priorities and feel I can take this task on and do a good job for my home's investment. My only wish is this company would expand to the Northern area of Ontario/ I have a cottage that also could use an inspection.
