Purchased four sets of mirror closets. Very professional, looks great, trouble-free installation by technician. Prompt and clean. Simple and easy, just gave measurements and everything came exactly as described. No complaints, highly recommend. Customers service was great throughout.
Purchased a glass dining room table, did not deliver on scheduled date, plus NO ONE CALLED to warn me. Found out after glass was supposedly broken by delivery men. Called to reschedule, no return calls. Couldn't get a hold of anyone by phone to tell me the status or what is going on. Everyone is blaming everyone else. Had to go directly to store to find a service person to reschedule. No apology or discount offered. No respect for customers.

Completed work order was good but took a bit longer than anticipated Worth it in the end. Satisfied with service and attitude of service people. Was good on supply and install, willing to bring materials in for job which saves time and effort. Good recommendation if you're too busy to do jobs around the house.
