Kevin and the team made an intimidating reno project stress-free and I couldn't be happier with the results. I purchased an 80's bungalow that needed an overhaul inside and out and Kevin took the time to understand my short and long term vision, offered advice and options along the way - all while making sure that it came in on budget and that the money was spent in areas to give me exactly what I was looking for. Communication was excellent throughout the entire process and the pride they take in their work truly shows. The team replaced a steel roof and steel siding with a new shingled roof and vinyl siding, faux stone border, cedar shake shingles, eves, soffits and fascia. The interior is still in progress - so far they have sanded, stained and refinished hardwood flooring, as well as some drywall, taping, and paint. They will be my first call for the new deck and rear entryway in the summer. I highly recommend Cardinal Builders for any project.
