What an incredible job Hiro did! We had orange hand grooved wood flooring (just terrible!) with a very thin top layer. Hiro was able to meticulously sand these down to a light blonde oak. A light white stain and we now have the slightly distressed beach look I was about to spend triple the cost on all new flooring as numerous contractors told me it couldn't be done! I cannot recommend this service more. Attention to detail - nothing was rushed. We were able to do a test area under the fridge and then Hiro came back to try different stains in different lights/locations. It's been over a year now and the floors are in amazing shape. A+
