Michael was professional and had excellent communication from the start. He did a very comprehensive assessment and spent a lot of time going through it in detail with me. The inspection report was outstanding and I now have a great summary of all of the routine maintenance I will have to do. As a first time home owner this is invaluable. Would highly recommend Michael to everybody!
