Following water infiltration in the roof all roof structure had to be redone
Capital Royal Renovation, as a general contractor find and manage a team to redo all the roof structure according to the Engineer plan and requests. The structure of the roof was all damaged in a way that more of half the trusses, all the insulation, all the plywood and the slope had to be replaced (1000 sf).
