My washer stopped working and I called the Appliance Repair Team. They came out within 2 hours but I told them I wanted to know the cost of the parts before they went ahead with the work. They installed a new pump without first telling me the cost. When they gave me the bill the part cost was $310.36. I felt I had no choice at this point as they had already installed it. I paid a $700.00 bill. After they left I googled the part (as they left the empty box). The part was only $44.00 when I called LG to inquire about the cost. This company is shameless......find another repair company that values honesty!!
