great, efficient, friendly, cost effective, on time, willing to do other stuffs relating to plumming. powder room included even though it was extra, not the kitchen. he would go extra mile to please the clients

They were pretty prompt. It temrs of service and quality of work I got into trouble again and the same problem occured. They checked it to make sure everything was alright and the appliance was European so it might've posed some problems for them. I would call them and give them another chance.
