I hired Jochen to do a pre-listing inspection of the house we are currently selling. He combines his Western European background with his superb knowledge of Canadian homes. Being Dutch myself I know that Deutsche gründlichkeit can't be beat. Jochen knows everything about home construction, potential issues and safety hazards - both inside and outside the house. He also took the time to explain everything and come up with possible solutions. We are moving to a different province, otherwise I would have definitely hired Jochen to inspect our new house as well.
