i hired him to finish our basement, he hired some other unprofessional to do job, he doesn't do himself or doesn't have any knowledge about renovation or anything, he took my all money upfront and run away in the middle of work, now not answering my phone, following him for like one month but no answer from him. stay away from this contractor.

Hi Naveen, as i have mentioned to you earlier, you cannot have tenants living in your basement. The inspectors will not come out and pass the inspection until those tenants are removed. I have already informed your spouse in regards to this. Please have that done as soon as possible as I have mentioned this a few times already to you. We are not running away, you just cannot have tenants living there.
