They explained my situation clearly to me and provided me with a series of steps I could take - both immediate and longer term. I was really worried about my situation and had received quotes for repair work that were extremely expensive, and so I really appreciated his honesty about the issues that need to be addressed right away and the issues that could be fully addressed at a later period (or potentially not at all if the initial fixes solve the problem). You can tell they care about their clients and thinks of them as more than just an opportunity to make a quick buck. So refreshing to see!
