I talked to Joe on the phone to set up the appointment. He was friendly, his availablity was flexible and he worked with my schedule. It was set up for 9am and Aiman showed up on time. He was friendly, efficient, informative about the process and most importantly did a quality job. We have our second child due next month and we needed to clean the ducts to ensure the house is in good shape. I highly recommend Dial One to anyone in search of this service.
