We wanted a new walkway as we had a new accessibility ramp installed, and wanted to ensure easy access to both the front and side of our property. We contacted Enviro loc based on their website photo gallery, They quickly responded and set up a site visit - when Mike arrived he was very courteous and discussed our vision, provided some options, discussed materials and mentioned we would receive the quote in the coming days. The quote arrive promptly, showing a drawing of placement, and confined pricing - we made a change to our original ask based on the drawing provided, and Mike quickly adjusted and got it back it to us! Once we had committed to the project and paid the initial deposit the Enviroloc team kept us updated with material sourcing and potential dates, and worked with us throughout the time up until install. When the first team arrived to dig the trench and prepare the area for install - they were very focused and quick completing this process very swiftly and with minimal disruption - when the install team came they checked in with us when they arrived, and then diligently got to work - we had a slight challenge as we really wanted a level area at the bottom of the accessibility ramp, and the team quickly made sure this was as close to seamless as possible! they did fantastic! we are so pleased with the walkway but also the experience with Enviroloc - we are now considering potential additional projects with them as we are highly satisfied and would gladly recommend them to anyone!
