We had a problem where our furnace wasn’t working during the Christmas holidays. Contacted Vigor around 9:30 am. They had a technician over by 11:30 am. The technician was able to diagnose the problem and went and picked up the new inducer unit. Installed and made sure all was working before he left. We were thrilled with the promptness of the technician and the quality of the work. Would recommend them highly.
