We worked with Level Custom Build on a complete renovation of our Kitchen, tiling, and hardwood replacement in the entryway of our home, as well as replacement of the vanity in our master bathroom. Josh, Alvaro, Dmytro, and the whole team were great to work with. A few things that stood out were their speed of execution, responsiveness, customer oriented attitude, and openness to feedback. Whenever any issues or questions arose, they were quick to propose solutions and make it right. We were away on vacation for a week while the renovation was ongoing and they team kept the project moving efficiently and kept us in the loop via frequent updates.

We had our hardwood refinished on three floors by Torontonian Flooring. Unfortunately there were chatter marks on some areas of the floors and we expressed to Mike that we were not 100% satisfied with the result. Mike was quick to offer solutions and was dedicated to ensuring that we were happy with the outcome. In the end, we determined the best option was to replace the hardwood on one of the floors. Mike's team completed the hardwood replacement promptly and we are very happy with the outcome. We appreciated Mike's responsiveness throughout the process and him going above and beyond to ensure that we were happy with the outcome.
