Consumer warning report about Dads Dryer Vent Cleaning. I do not want this to happen to another customer. We have had an extremely disappointing experience with this company. We hired Dustin (owner) to clean our dryer vents. After he left I noticed he damaged our wall directly behind our dryer and a chunk of plaster was taken out of the wall with scratch marks and plaster on the baseboards below. Our single family home is nearly brand new and has absolutely no damage to any walls. Accidents happen and I realize this so I sent a polite email with pictures to Dustin. Dustin replied to my email admitting he may have caused the damage. The next day I received a telephone call from his partner Tara (office manager) beginning the call in a sarcastic tone, "I'm calling about the tiny scratch on your wall you emailed about". The call was on speakerphone and my friend also witnessed Tara speaking to me with disrespect and arguing with me that their company has never had complaints before. She offered to come fix the "scratch" as she mentioned with builders paint and I mentioned we did not have paint and a chip would need to be taken to a paint store and the "hole - not scratch" filled and sanded prior. She argued further with me which upset me and stated I would like to speak with Dustin and would call back. She hung up on me and I called back to inform that if she continued to treat me like this I would file a complaint, she hung up again. I sent 2 more emails addressed to Dustin which have gone unanswered. When I was unable to reach anyone, I resorted to sending a kind, professional Facebook message requesting to speak to Dustin and it was erased on their page. I am truly in shock with the unprofessionalism of this company. Regardless, I paid $420 for this service and had to go buy paint and spend our time correcting their damage to our property. After a few weeks of receiving not response to discuss further I had no choice other than file a BBB complaint. I received an email from the company asking me to review their service on google so I gave them a 1 star which is at this point very warranted for the damage and dodging their responsibility to correct their mistake. When receiving BBBs response the company gave me an ultimatum that they would pay for the damage if I removed my review. I dont want this happen to another customer so if you use this company I would suggest being present for the service or take before and after pictures of your walls etc.

We will respectfully choose not to give a full recap on how this situation was handled but we can guarantee this is definitely not how we handled this incident and we would never treat a customer as suggested.
This review is dishonest and we hope that our over 200+ 5 star reviews speak loud enough to see how important our customers are to us and how seriously we take our customer service and our reputation.
What is being stated here is unkind as it is untrue and we will not have public debate on the matter instead we will continue to hope that most will see it for what it is.
We hope this customer soon learns that it is not okay to use a service and then make nonstop false accusations in the attempt to receive a refund.
We will always try to rectify a situation to the best of our ability within a reasonable request of resolution, which we did offer here and unfortunately it was rejected and lead to this unpleasant behaviour instead.
