Loved the product, (top down bottom up blinds) and a exterior door enclosed blind! Great service, on time, installed and even a prompt service call for a small adjustment. Fabulous!

They did not call to confirm the appointment, they did not show up the day the install was supposed to be done, the next day - once they showed up - they had the wrong underlay and said it would not be done in a day (although the estimate was 5- 6 hours) and my furniture was being delivered the next day. And now a month later I am still waiting for the correct transition piece to be installed.
